Bio: Beginning as a part-time rep during a wave of growth for Playback Now in 1989, Micki Keys has been through many title transitions through the years. She’s always kept a keen eye on the one thing that never changes: Great Service = Great Customer Care! “Every Person Matters” helps her remember to smile, listen carefully, and go the extra mile because she understands the value of every customer. A native Georgian, Micki has been married to her husband, Ken, for over 40 years. Together they have three married children, plus three grandchildren and counting! When she’s not ensuring customer care is top-notch, Micki enjoys walking, reading, and spending time with her family.
