Video chat is specific to the booth you’re in. Exhibitor’s can set a passcode to allow you to video chat them & will share that from the text chat.

You can access any chat within the eZ text chat (right side) wherever you are on the platform. You will see Private Groups, which have channels for each Exhibitor as well as any Direct Messages or group chats you may be involved with.
These private groups/booth channels populate in your chat channels as you visit other booths. They remain in place in the instance you’re at another booth and still want to continue engaging with another exhibitor booth chat channel as you navigate the expo hall. To help keep your chat channels organized, you can click the three stacked dots to the far right of the exhibitor channel name & either Hide Room or Leave Room.

Yes, multiple staffers can utilize the same exhibitor login (or) monitor their booth’s chat as an attendee.
Does data report include a Matrix of attendees who entered the virtual exhibit space? Contact info for attendees who enter?
Attendee Registration info is sent straight to the exhibitor upon a visit to the booth in the form of a downloadable spreadsheet via each booth’s analytical tool. The spreadsheet will continue to populate as booth traffic flows, including their first and last name, email address, and total time spent at the booth.
Are we able to put Images in our booth or is it just that one video player then the files/folders over to the right?
An image can take the place of the main booth video frame. Be careful to not upload a graphic image at the same time you have an iframe embedded in the Add Video tool under the Manage Booth section of your dashboard. Files/URLs/Additional Videos can be included via Add Content or by setting up a Booth Label, as instructed in the videos above.
Do we assign our own lobby category?
No, the association’s organizer will assign your booth to a lobby category on their end.
Can you describe what exactly “Announcements” are, what they do, or where they show up?
As seen on your Manage Booth dashboard, you have the option to add an Announcement (Promotions, Software Updates, Policy Updates, etc.) These will be linked to your Announcements module on the right side of your booth, as well as being accessible from the Main Lobby.
Since the conference is planning to leave the expo hall open for an extended period of time, it’s unfortunate that we can’t remove the Chat option, since we can’t possibly staff this feature that long. What happens when attendees click on it and no one is staffing it? Can we leave an away message or directly to our Member support phone number?
Given the hard code of the chat platform, an excellent option for an away message/support contact would be to upload a graphic image under the Add Video panel of Manage Booth on your dashboard. You can utilize this graphic to read whatever info you wish to share and update as needed, and it’ll take the place of the video in the main center frame of your booth. You could also add a pdf in the Add Content panel with a list of booth availability.
Does the booth detailed report track video views?
Booth Analytics are tied to the content you have uploaded to your booth. If you have included a video in your Featured Content, that will be made available in your booth detailed report. As for the main video in the center frame, those analytics will still be tied to where you pulled the iframe of the video from (Youtube/Vimeo).
