Bio: After 35+ years, a fresh perspective helps transform a company. Matt, the eldest of CEO Jonathan’s children, joined Playback Now in 2013 and was tasked with finding new sources of business. It didn’t take him long before realizing Playback Now needed a creative approach. The standard business model that sustained Playback Now through three decades was evolving, and Matt was the right person to recognize this and change the culture. New business models have developed, and new clients continue to stack. In less than three years, Matt has shifted Playback Now to an adaptable company at the forefront of a technological revolution. Matt is a hockey player in his spare time, who rejects the “millennial” label, yet fully understands the trends of today’s business world.
