Upon joining the virtual expo hall, attendees access a customizable expo lobby where a video greeting can welcome them. Hotspots provide entry to the Exhibit Hall, Auditorium, and Networking Lounge. Consistent navigation at the bottom of the screen provides additional functionality and shortcuts.
Choose from preset design templates or upload any image to create a more authentic feel for your exhibit hall.
Exhibitor Booth
Vendors can choose from a selection of pre-designed booth templates or upload a custom design. Virtual event booths can include any digital content, such as:
- videos
- documents
- surveys
- social media & web links
Each virtual booth visitor can text or video chat with the exhibitor while visiting the virtual booth. All while demo videos and resources are made available on-demand access.
Analytics tied to booth traffic allow exhibitors to see precisely who is checking out their virtual booth, for lead generation. Targeted leads are sent based on the exhibitors’ profile preferences and criteria and are made available to download in the form of a spreadsheet.
Networking Lounge
Like the equivalent at an in-person event, the Networking Lounge is an ideal location for open or one-on-one communication between attendees, speakers, or even subject matter experts. The Lounge contains open live text or video chat where attendees can start one-on-one or group chat sessions, send messages, share and discuss business thoughts, and create or join networks based on common interest.
