Playback Now Virtual System Requirements
Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth as silk experience with your audio and video within Playback Now’s Virtual Platform.
1. Use a modern browser
Playback Now’s virtual platform is supported on the latest browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Android browsers. Safari is view only, for now. Google Chrome tends to work best.
2. Have a strong connection
We recommend a minimum of 5 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload for a stable and consistent stream of video and audio. Our platform will automatically drop down to audio-only mode if your connection is weak. If you can, try being plugged in directly to your internet rather than connecting via wifi. Test your speed →
3. Test your mic, camera, and screen share
Be sure to test your camera and microphone before your recording. You will also want to test your screen share for sharing your presentation slides, which can be done by accessing our System Troubleshooting.
